About The Role
This Sonographer role is being offered on either a full‑time or part‑time basis in our Townsville region. Working across our Townsville practices, the shift times vary according to practice hours. Participation in the weekday and weekend on‑call roster is required. Our practices offer a unique variety of settings, and you will perform high quality imaging across general ultrasound, women’s imaging, MSK, vascular and emergency workloads. It will also be highly regarded if you hold accreditation in nuchal translucency.
About You
- Full ASAR registration is required
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a fully qualified Sonographer
- Demonstrated experience in MSK and vascular is highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including patients, staff, referrers
- Ongoing commitment to skill development also encompassing personal and professional growth
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to adapt to existing processes and policies
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature
