You will oversee a team across CNC machining, fabrication, welding and assembly, delivering safety, quality and productivity improvements while driving automation and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Managing Director and demands strong technical capability, financial acumen and a team-oriented leadership style to influence the future direction of the site.
