About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and sitting within the Finance function, the Enterprise Platforms & Systems Manager is accountable for the strategy, architecture, governance and performance of Infotrust's core enterprise systems.

You will lead a small team of Business Analysts and Technical Leads and partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Delivery, Operations and Internal Technology. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on technical judgement - setting the multi-year roadmap, owning the target‑state architecture, and ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, well-integrated and aligned to business outcomes.

You will hold accountability across:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 — Sales CRM, Finance & Operations, and Customer Insights
- ServiceNow
- Power BI and Azure SQL Data Warehouse
- Azure-based integration middleware (Azure Functions)

Key Focus Areas

- Setting the enterprise systems strategy and multi-year roadmap, and translating business priorities into clear sequencing and investment cases
- Owning the target-state architecture and ensuring solution designs are scalable, secure and free of unnecessary technical debt
- Establishing governance, demand management and change control frameworks that bring discipline to how we prioritise and deliver




- Leading and developing a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Technical Leads, alongside external delivery partners
- Providing the CFO and Executive Leadership Team with explicit recommendations on investment trade‑offs, benefits realisation and risk
- Driving continuous improvement across data quality, automation, reporting and user experience

Skills and Experience

- Senior experience leading enterprise or business systems, with accountability for strategy, architecture and governance
- Hands‑on portfolio ownership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations), ServiceNow, and a modern Power BI / Azure data stack
- Strong enterprise architecture capability and practical technical understanding of SaaS platforms and Azure-based integrations using Azure Functions
- Demonstrated experience leading Business Analysts and Technical Leads, and managing vendor and partner ecosystems
- A track record of operating at Executive level — bringing clarity, commercial judgement and considered recommendations to complex decisions
- A strong commercial and risk mindset, with the ability to balance value, cost and delivery risk

Desirable

- experience in ASX-listed, regulated or complex multi-entity environments; exposure to large-scale transformation or post-merger systems integration; familiarity with cyber security and technology environments.
