Senior Project Engineer - Network Security – Cube Networks

The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions across Cube’s core domains — Networking, Security and Data Centre. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality, technically sound outcomes while maintaining strong communication and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, validation, and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, develop detailed and as-built documentation, and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Build and implement solutions in accordance with scope, timelines, and budget.
- Provide Level 3 support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
- Ensure all project documentation, risk logs, and handover materials are maintained and accurate.
- Partner with Account and Project Managers to support presales activities including solution design, pricing estimates, and Statement of Work preparation.
- Present technical roadmaps and recommendations that align to client strategy.
- Identify opportunities for new business and solution enhancement.

Governance & Commercial





- Contribute to service revenue and utilisation targets through effective project delivery.
- Peer-review Statements of Work, budgets, and technical scopes to ensure commercial accuracy.
- Escalate risks and potential budget overruns as required.

Leadership & Development

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to project engineers and consultants.
- Support capability development, including recent service offerings and vendor alignment.
- Drive knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the delivery team.

What You’ll Bring

- 5–10 years’ experience delivering enterprise technology projects across Networking, Security, Cloud, or Collaboration environments.
- Systems integrator or enterprise background with hands‑on project delivery experience.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE , Palo Alto PCNSE , Aruba , Fortinet or Juniper highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with international teams.
