You'll provide architecture leadership across Identity Providers, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, PKI, Secrets Management and up-to-date authentication services while influencing strategic cyber security outcomes.**What You’ll Do**As a Senior Security Solution Architect specialising in Identity, the role is accountable for the development of solution definitions for various Enterprise Identity and Access capabilities, processes and systems.Key accountabilities include:* Developing Security Solution Architectures that enable the engineering, delivery and operation of resilient Identity and Access security capabilities across Telstra.* Maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, self-service, automation and service resilience to ensure Telstra’s Enterprise Identity and Access services remain accessible, performant and highly available.* Co-developing identity requirements to ensure that identity solutions being designed meet both functional and non-functional requirements and achieve the intended business outcomes.* Developing re-usable Identity-related design and integration patterns with a view to enabling effective security automation and rapid identity service onboarding.* Effectively collaborating with various subject matter experts across Telstra, including Enterprise and Security Architects, Security Engineers and System/Product Owners to drive solution alignment with stakeholder needs.* Contributing to identity-related technology evaluation activities being undertaken by Security Engineers and SMEs through success criteria input and participation in technical assessments as required.* Contributing to strategic security architecture, technology and capability roadmaps related to identity and related security domain areas.* Participation in various architecture and design governance processes across Telstra as required**ABOUT YOU**You are an experienced Senior Solution Security Architect with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management within complex enterprise environments.To be successful in this role, you will bring:* Extensive experience in Solution Architecture within large enterprise environments.* Strong Identity & Access Management experience, including IGA, PAM, IdP, PKI, PKI and Certificate Services, Human and Non-Human Identity Security, Cloud Identity Platforms and Secrets Management* Experience designing cloud, hybrid and on-premises security solutions.* Strong understanding of identity protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP and FIDO2.* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with both technical and executive audiences.* Knowledge of security frameworks and standards including ACSC ISM, NIST and industry IAM practices.* Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.* Relevant cyber security, architecture or identity certifications will be highly regarded.
