Harrison McMillan has partnered with a respected commercial electrical contractor delivering major projects across the region, and are looking for a high‑calibre Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This is a senior, hands‑on role ideal for someone who has come up through the trade, has managed on tier 1 projects, and is ready to step up and make a real impact across the business.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing project delivery and supporting a team of 5 Project Managers across multiple commercial projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managingprocurement, programming, and project timelines
- Overseeing commercial performance, variations, and cost control
- Identifying and mitigating risk across projects
- Supporting, mentoring, and guiding Project Managers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Contributing to overall operational strategy and business performance
This role will require occasional travel (approx. 1 day per month).
