A well-regarded Brisbane litigation team within a leading second-tier firm (working with seven partners) is seeking a 4th year lawyer up to Senior Associate to join during a period of sustained growth.

You’ll work on a range of complex commercial disputes, with direct partner access and strong client exposure.

Matters span:

- Corporations Act / director duties / compliance
- Shareholder and contractual disputes
- Regulatory and investigations
- Defamation and reputation matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- White-collar / investigations
- General commercial litigation across key industries

About you

- 4–7 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
- Experience from a mid or top-tier firm
- Solid technical skills and sound judgement
- Confident managing matters and client relationships
