Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic commercial leadership across a portfolio of major projects.
- Advise senior management on contractual strategy and commercial risk.
- Review, negotiate and administer a broad range of construction and engineering contracts.
- Identify, manage and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Prepare monthly commercial reports highlighting key risks, opportunities and project performance.
- Ensure all contract documentation is accurately prepared and executed prior to project commencement.




- Support project teams in achieving successful commercial outcomes.
- Drive best-practice commercial governance across the business.

About you

To be successful, you will have extensive experience within the Australian engineering, construction or infrastructure sectors and a proven ability to manage complex commercial and contractual matters.

You will also possess:

- Strong contracts acumen and contract negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of Australian construction contracts and procurement models.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying and managing commercial risk.
- The ability to influence outcomes across multiple projects and senior stakeholders.
