Position Overview

Senior Generative AI Developer responsible for building, scaling, and deploying cutting‑edge large language model applications natively on Google Cloud Platform, translating advanced prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures into high‑performance production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy highly scalable Generative AI and LLM‑based production solutions on GCP.
- Architect and maintain advanced Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases such as Vertex Matching Engine, Pinecone, or Chroma.
- Develop high‑throughput, scalable APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) and microservices to integrate AI models into core business services.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to define, refine, and execute organisational GenAI strategies.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering, model optimisation, and performance evaluation methodologies to ensure application reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–7 years of software engineering experience focused on Generative AI and LLM application architectures.




- Advanced proficiency in Python with strong OOP principles and maintainable coding standards.
- Hands‑on experience with the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, including Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and related AI services.
- Familiarity with modern LLM frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
