The Role

We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will support clients to live safely and comfortably at home by providing:

- Domestic assistance – light cleaning, meal preparation, laundry
- Community access – shopping, social outings, appointments
- Medication prompts and wellness monitoring
- Companionship and emotional support

About You

Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability or equivalent experience

Current First Aid & CPR certificate

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (with insurance)

Police Check (and Working With Children Check if required)

Strong communication skills and a warm, respectful approach
