ROLE
- Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching
- Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
- Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business
- Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
- Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent
REMUNERATION
- Casual position
- $30 - $34 per hour + Super
Requirements
- Someone who lives in Perth with a passion for business coaching
- Someone who has a car and license to travel to multiple sites across Perth
- Great chance for University Students who have a passion for Business Consulting!
