Job Description
As a member of the Eyecare Project team, your tasks will include:
- Welcoming clients and patients, identifying their needs and booking appointments
- Lead customer service that drives loyalty and word‑of‑mouth
- Retail sales, ordering and collections
- Optical frame and sunglass styling and adjustments
- Receipt of inventory and periodic stocktakes
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and buying decisions
- Oversee online store operations, fulfilment,
and logistics
- Keep the clinic tidy, organised, and operating smoothly

Qualifications and experience
Training will be provided but we are looking for a skilled team member with the following:
- A minimum of one year’s experience as an optical dispenser is preferred
- Superior frame selection and styling skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is desirable
