Key Responsibilities

- Manage and confirm booking schedules for vehicle deliveries to and from the PDI Center.
- Collaborate with transport providers, dealerships, and internal teams to align delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, compliance records, and damage reports.




- Track vehicle movements and update booking systems to provide real-time visibility.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively manage urgent changes or delays.
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring vehicles are processed and dispatched on time.
- Regularly provide reports on booking status, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or automotive operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle delivery processes and compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and logistics management systems.
- Robust English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
