Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information about client needs and changes in client condition to the Care Advisor.
- Listen to clients and give them a voice, enabling them to choose for themselves.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team requiring highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.
What you'll bring
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, adaptable and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Evidence
- A current NDIS WSC.
