We have an prospect available for a SAP Project Manager - Business Design Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA Transformation) to join our Team.

About the Role

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal – Business Design Project Manager to lead the business design and transformation stream of a major SAP S/4HANA program.

This role will suit a senior consulting professional with 15+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP-enabled business transformation programs, with deep expertise in SAP project management, stakeholder engagement, finance transformation, and business design .

The program is following a Bluefield S/4HANA transformation approach , combining selective data transition with targeted business transformation initiatives. The primary focus will be within the Finance function , including operating model alignment, enterprise structure design, process transformation, data harmonization, governance and business readiness.

As a Principal within Infosys Consulting, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, program sponsors, solution architects and delivery teams to ensure business outcomes are achieved while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Business Design stream within a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
- Drive planning, execution, governance and delivery of business design activities across the program lifecycle.




- Manage dependencies across business, functional, data, integration, testing, change and deployment workstreams.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, reporting, risks, issues and decision management processes.
- Ensure delivery of agreed program outcomes, milestones and benefits realization objectives.

Business Design & Transformation

- Facilitate the design of future‑state business processes, operating models and governance structures.
- Lead business workshops to define target‑state business capabilities and transformation requirements.
- Drive alignment between business objectives and SAP S/4HANA solution design.
- Support enterprise structure, finance process, master data and reporting design decisions.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are balanced with Bluefield migration principles and practical implementation considerations.
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification and automation.

Stakeholder Management

- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, finance leaders, program sponsors and business stakeholders.
- Lead executive and steering committee engagements.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolution of complex issues across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Manage expectations, risks and competing priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate program status, business impacts and key decisions effectively to executive audiences.

Finance Transformation

- Lead business discussions relating to:
- Record‑to‑Report transformation
- Management and statutory reporting
- Cost centre and profit centre rationalisation
- Chart of Accounts optimisation
- Planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Governance and controls
- Partner with Finance leadership to define and realise transformation objectives.




- Provide thought leadership on SAP-enabled business transformation and S/4HANA best practices.
- Coach and mentor consulting team members and client stakeholders.
- Support business development, proposal responses and solution shaping activities.
- Contribute to the growth and capability development of the Infosys SAP Consulting Practice.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Extensive experience in senior Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO Lead or Transformation Lead roles.
- Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA programs, including at least one significant transformation program.
- Strong understanding of Bluefield, Brownfield or Selective Data Transition methodologies.
- Deep experience managing business design and transformation activities within SAP programs.
- Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives, CFOs, business leaders and steering committees.
- Strong knowledge of Finance business processes and operating model design.
- Experience managing geographically distributed delivery teams and system integrator relationships.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomes through influence.
