We’re delighted to partner with this dynamic investment firm, seeking a VC counsel to join them in a newly-created position based in Melbourne.

You will work directly with the business including the Head of M&A; and also the wider global legal team, and lead on M&A; deals cross the ANZ region.

You’ll ideally have experience in technology / VC deals but wider M&A; experience will also be considered.

You have experience drafting and negotiating transactional documentation without supervision as this part of the position is performed in-house. There will also be some wider and generalist in-house work involved in the position but the primary function is to work on acquisitions, so this experience is essential.

This will be a highly visible position in this dynamic environment so you’ll be excited to work in a rapid-growing organisation that is recognised and reputed globally.

This position is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an office in Melbourne’s CBD.
