At ARH Greater Western Sydney, an uncommon opportunity is open to a seasoned Emergency & Critical Care veterinarian ready to take on a Clinical Director role built around one core principle: clinical work comes first.

The Role
As Vet Director – ECC, you’ll be the clinical cornerstone of our emergency service. Working alongside your team, you’ll lead by example – setting the benchmark in patient care while actively guiding clinicians through every stage of their growth.

About You
- Holds a veterinary degree eligible for registration in New South Wales
- Has 5+ years’ experience in a 24/7 emergency or specialty setting
- Is clinically assured and trusted by colleagues

- Leads with self‑awareness, consistency, and clear communication
- Is ready to step into senior clinical leadership without stepping away from clinical work
