One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Service Delivery Manager in Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

- At least 5 years’ experience in service delivery management including change management, incident management, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Manages the execution of business process improvements.
- Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit current technologies and automation.
- Monitors service delivery channels and collects performance data.
- Assists with the specification, development, research and evaluation of service standards.
