We’re looking for a Principal Engineer – Civil Brownfield to join our Sydney Norwest team.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across disciplines to deliver cutting-edge brownfield solutions. As a technical expert and mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our capability – leading projects, sharing your expertise, and guiding the next generation of engineers.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- The technical Lead on brownfield civil engineering projects.
- Providing technical expertise as a subject matter expert.
- Mentoring and supporting other engineers to grow their skills and confidence.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.
- Collaborating with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Brownfield Engineering.
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and DBP Registered Design Practitioner .
- Strong technical expertise with a hands‑on,
collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to work across teams and disciplines to deliver quality outcomes.
- Experience building client relationships and contributing to business growth.
