Your Mo-Mission
Movember is growing its Partnerships team in line with a strategic shift towards partnerships as a key pillar of our work, and we need a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to lead the charge in Australia. You’ll take ownership of an existing partnership portfolio while actively hunting for new opportunities to drive revenue and reach, all in service of funding Movember's life‑saving programmes. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising and relationship‑building, and you’ll play a central part in shaping the fundraising strategy across every partnership you manage.
Partnerships are one of Movember’s most important and fastest‑growing funding streams, and your job is to build long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships that genuinely meet a business’s needs, whether that’s employee engagement, brand value, CSR objectives or wellbeing outcomes. You will create real value for both sides, contribute meaningfully to overall revenue targets, and help partners harness the full power of their business to drive transformational impact. That means building relationships at every level, from senior leaders through to the grassroots, and knowing exactly where you can exert genuine influence.
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and New Business, you’ll work closely with the wider partnerships team locally and globally, plus the Institute, Marketing, and Fundraising and Development teams. You’ll manage your portfolio end‑to‑end, build compelling review presentations, support new business pitching, and keep Salesforce humming with accurate data on every opportunity. Above all, you’ll be a true Movember brand ambassador, always looking for creative and meaningful ways to reach more men, raise awareness of men’s health issues, and tell our impact story with real conviction.

Equity & Inclusion
Boy, do we know the feeling of being judged. Being different is how we started, and it’s also helped us raise $1 billion for men’s health. We know the power of diverse experiences, skills and perspectives and have a WGEA gender pay gap of 0 %. We want Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to be part of our crew. If you have the relevant skills and the right attitude, let nothing stand in your way of applying. We invite you to speak with Raymond Rosendale, Australian Indigenous Programs Manager, in a virtual catch‑up to talk about the role, our community work or just to share ideas.
