What you’ll do
- Facilitate client assessments and service delivery in collaboration with the broader team
- Provide professional Occupational Therapy services to Uniting clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and support staff
- Provide expert advice to the Neighbourhood and clinical team within your area of speciality
- Review and maintain required client documentation
- Ensure that the client’s voice is heard when it comes to support, social engagement and quality of life
- Maintain a high standard of conduct and performance in accordance with Uniting’s values and policies
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the Australian Health Skilled Registration Authority (AHPRA)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Previous experience in Aged Care or similar industry is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel when required
- Demonstrated ability to conduct health screenings and functional assessments
