- Minimum 1 year of experience working with NDIS participants




- Robust interest or background in mental health / psychosocial disability
- Passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential

- Great communicator, organised, and driven to grow professionally

In the Role, You’ll:

- Deliver high-quality OT services under the NDIS
- Conduct assessments (e.g. functional capacity, sensory, psychosocial)
- Support participants across a wide range of goals — from independence at home to engaging with the community
- Liaise with families, support coordinators, and providers to create holistic care plans
- Be part of shaping Allied X’s mission in South Australia
