About the Position
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cyber matters and provide clients with practical legal advice on cyber claims and incident response. In the role you will:
- Advise clients and insurers on cyber risk, privacy, data breaches and regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers and technical experts on complex cyber incidents.
- Support the delivery of strategic, commercial advice on complex cyber and privacy matters.
About You
We are seeking someone with:
- A tertiary qualification in law and 2 – 8 PQE
- Experience in insurance law, or exposure to the insurance sector, will be highly regarded
- Litigation expertise to advise on any disputes or class actions arising from a data breach.
