About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Manager to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you will:
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, government agencies, and community organisations.
- Use your clinical experience to provide high-quality care pathways, assessments, and oversight for Support at Home participants.
- Represent Lumia Care at industry and community events.
- Travel across Adelaide to meet clients and support service delivery.
This is a fast-paced, hybrid role combining clinical expertise with business development, client engagement, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain referral networks
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM activity
- Conduct consultations and design tailored service solutions
- Support onboarding and service delivery alignment
- Identify opportunities for service expansion
About You
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse with strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Minimum 3 years post‑graduate nursing experience
- Proven experience in business development, client engagement, or sales
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confidence working autonomously and managing a portfolio of clients
- Comfortable driving across Adelaide for client visits
- Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
