Our Energy & Utilities business is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our Telecommunications Wireless team. This full‑time permanent role will be based in Sydney, with flexible working arrangements, allowing your week to be split between remote work and the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise and attend site scoping visits.
- Investigate and report on property ownership, titles and encumbrances.
- Identify suitable sites and deliver candidate selection and property feasibility assessments / reports.
- Liaise with landowners, the client and legal service providers for tenancy negotiations and tenancy formalisation.
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g. Crown Lands, National Parks, Councils) to secure tenure on public land where required.
- Draft and issue Land Access and Activity Notices (LAANs).
- Report to the client in a regular, clear and effective manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have a high level of verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with a wide variety of individuals including internal stakeholders, the client, and landowners. Above all you will be a motivated, cooperative and results‑oriented individual.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within the Telecommunications industry.
- Graduate qualification in Property, Land or Environment is preferred.




- Applicable property and/or legal certifications to allow dealings with relevant jurisdictions are required.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of tenure and leasing principles.
- Customer‑oriented focus with a drive to achieve service‑based outcomes.
