About the Role

Securecorp is seeking a highly experienced full‑time Control Room Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for a security professional with a proven track record of maintaining operational excellence in complex, fast‑paced environments. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our client site by monitoring security systems, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to established procedures and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate CCTV and security monitoring systems
- Manage access control for staff, contractors, and visitors
- Coordinate with emergency services and internal stakeholders during incidents




- Respond to security risks in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Operate two‑way radio communications and assist with personnel deployment
- Maintain accurate incident reports, visitor records, and operational logs
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and emergency response exercises

Skills & Experience

- Current Security Licence with Control Room endorsement
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- ASIC Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Hepatitis B and Influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Experience working with fire panels and in dynamic operational environments
- Experience with security platforms such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, or PassagePoint
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
