The Role – What You’ll Do

Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on‑site and in the workshop

Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing

Work safely in line with industry and company procedures

Support a team committed to getting the job done right the first time

Who We’re Looking For

Entry Level:

A strong work ethic, a safety‑first mindset, and mechanical aptitude

Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus

Willing to learn and grow into a long‑term career

Experienced:

Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it

Proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts

Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes

The Essentials

Manual driver’s licence (HR an advantage)





Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medical

Willing to live within 45 minutes of Muswellbrook (this is not a FIFO/DIDO role)

Must be clean‑shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)
