We’re looking for a high‑performing Vietnamese and English‑speaking sales professional to join our Springvale showroom and support our growing VIP client base.

Your Role

- Engage clients in the showroom and deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience.
- Convert high‑value diamond jewellery transactions while building trust and long‑term relationships.
- Confidently present and handle rare diamond jewellery and Rolex watches.




- Manage and grow your own portfolio of VIP clients through exceptional service, follow‑up and referral generation.
- Handle client services including jewellery cleaning, repairs, resizing and after‑sales care.
- Support the team with showroom operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, jewellery trends and industry standards.
- Use technology (CRM, e‑mail, social media) to engage clients and track sales activity.
- Saturday availability is essential.

What We’re Looking For

- Multilingual: fluent in Vietnamese and English (essential).
- Minimum 3 years of sales or premium retail experience, with a preference for fine jewellery sales.
- Solid understanding of fine jewellery and diamonds, or willingness to learn quickly.
- A genuine drive for success and enthusiasm for luxury sales.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Quick and effective, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Team‑player, collaborative and contributes positively to a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and a mature, professional attitude.
