We are currently seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our Professional Services team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys technical problem solving, hardware/software integration, and working within a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

Based within our specialised Test Lab environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of ATM systems and associated technologies.

What does the role look like?

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of end‑to‑end testing activities across a range of ATM and payment technology platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and executing detailed test cases and regression test suites
- Performing ATM hardware and software integration testing
- Analysing system behaviour, logs, journals, and network performance
- Identifying, documenting, and managing defects through to resolution
- Supporting system configuration, patching, and deployment activities
- Preparing technical documentation, test reports, and operational records
- Collaborating with developers, project teams, vendors, and customers
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes and frameworks

Are you the one?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in Software Testing / QA environments
- Exposure to ATM systems, banking technology, or payment platforms
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, HP ALM, or Zephyr
- Experience performing System, SIT, Regression, and Performance TestingStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team workplace

Exposure to ATM hardware platforms including NCR, DN Series, Cineos, DBL Optivas, or kiosk technologies will be highly regarded.

Relevant IT qualifications and/or ISTQB certification are advantageous.
