Introduction

Our client is a leading Piling contractor in ground improvement and engineering in the Perth market and they're looking to grow in 2024. They are involved in various Civil Infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia. This will be a permanent position based in Perth with some occasional travel required. As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Project Engineers and Project Management.

Duties & Responsibilities

To coordinate activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures, such as bridges and retaining walls for earth embankments, such as cofferdams. This includes but is not limited to:

- Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-site
- Enforcing all OH&S; procedures
- Management of staff and labour of own team and sub-contractors

Desired Experience & Qualification





- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector.
- A thorough understanding of the civil works delivery including Piling and ground improvements.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliances.
- A proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc).
- The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation

As the Supervisor, you will be offered a base salary of between $140K and $150K per annum plus ute and other perks for this role. Please note that this is a sponsorship opportunity for South-African candidates.
