Harry Maxwell has been engaged by a well-known construction company that delivers complex, multi-disciplinary projects across the infrastructure, civil, and mining sectors.

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Mobilisation Coordinators to manage the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel across multiple project sites. This role is critical to ensuring that all workers are compliant, well-prepared, and fully supported throughout the mobilisation process.

To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience supporting Rio Tinto operations and demonstrate proficiency with the Pegasus workforce management system.

About the role:

- Coordinating end-to-end mobilisation including compliance, medicals, inductions, and travel.
- Liaising with employees, site administrators, and client representatives to ensure all boxes are ticked.




- Coordinate site flights for initial mobilisation and answer all queries related to the site they are attending.
- Act as the point of contact for travel providers and site teams.
- Managing documentation and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents and information.
- Identifying process improvements that make mobilisation faster and smarter

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in mobilisation, site admin, or workforce coordination — ideally within mining.
- Proficiency using Pegasus workforce management
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant mobilisation, site admin, or workforce coordination experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- A confident communicator who enjoys variety and working to deadlines.
- Attention to detail and solid systems experience (MS Office, databases, and mobilisation software).
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
