About the Role

Join our Arundel team and experience friendly, passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan‑writing skills and learn proactive and reactive strategies to increase the quality of life for NDIS participants.

About the Arundel Office

- Beautiful space with brand current fit‑outs and furniture.
- Very close to Harbour Town shopping, and a good bakery down the road.
- Brand new coffee/barista machine in the office; otherwise there is First Fruits Café a 5‑minute walk away and located next to a childcare centre.

About You

We’re after qualified PBS Clinicians who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren’t afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participants’ interests are at stake.

- PBS registration.
- Backgrounds such as psychology or social work are ideal experience for this space.
- A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- 3+ years Positive Behaviour Support experience.
