We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key initiatives within a large-scale enterprise integration and transformation portfolio. This role will play a critical part in driving digital and technology integration activities following acquisitions, while also overseeing a major ERP transformation program.

The Role You will take ownership of the digital integration workstream within a broader enterprise-wide post-merger integration program, ensuring technology initiatives remain aligned with business objectives and interconnected with other functional workstreams. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive execution, manage delivery risks, and coordinate across multiple teams to keep the program on track.

In addition, you will lead a multi-year ERP migration project involving the transition from Syteline to SAP S/4HANA for a recently acquired business. This includes managing vendor delivery, overseeing reporting platform migration activities from Power BI to Tableau, and ensuring successful outcomes across technology and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the digital and technology integration workstream within a complex M&A; integration portfolio
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, reporting, RAID logs, and governance artefacts
- Coordinate with cross-functional integration leads to ensure alignment across business functions
- Provide input into business cases, planning, and portfolio prioritisation activities




- Manage the end-to-end delivery of a Syteline to SAP S/4HANA migration program
- Oversee third-party vendors operating under a time-and-materials (T&M;) engagement model
- Facilitate governance forums, including Steering Committees and senior stakeholder updates
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery milestones

About You

- Proven experience delivering digital or technology workstreams within M&A; or post-merger integration programs
- Strong background managing enterprise transformation or multi-workstream programs
- Hands-on experience leading ERP migration projects, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and external delivery partners in T&M; environments
- Confident engaging with executive stakeholders and contributing within SteerCo forums
- Highly autonomous with robust project controls, reporting, governance, and risk management capabilities
- Delivery-focused with the ability to navigate complex organisational environments

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
- Exposure to reporting and analytics platform migrations, particularly Power BI to Tableau
- Background in acquisition integration, technology consolidation, or enterprise portfolio delivery
