This role involves managing a mixed portfolio across South East Melbourne and Regional VIC, including Pakenham and surrounding areas. You will manage both Rooming Houses and Standard Residential Properties. This is an excellent prospect for a motivated Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and on‑ground property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day property operations
- Manage tenant relations and conduct routine inspections
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Handle lease agreements and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare reports and manage property budgets
- Ensure owner and tenant satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Strong understanding of property maintenance & repair coordination
- Knowledge of lease agreements and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities
- Proficiency in property management software (preferred)
- Cert IV in Property Services or related certification (advantage)
