This role will suit an experienced HR Coordinator who is results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Your new role

- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- Support workforce reporting and lifecycle documentation including probation reviews
- Coordinate recruitment, job ads, interviews, and reference checks
- Prepare contracts, onboarding packs, and manage inductions/compliance
- Monitor licences, training, and credentials, and track expiries/renewals
- Respond to employee HR enquiries
- Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities
- Support visiting leadership and operational teams

Your experience

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR coordination,



HR administration, or recruitment support preferably in the security industry
- Strong understanding of Fair Work legislation and modern awards
- Proven industry experience in security, labour hire or facilities management highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Must be available to work full time in the office
