One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior ICT Specialist Workforce Planner in Canberra .
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage the workplace workplace to support workforce productivity and efficiency, and support cultural change.
- Develop workforce plans and programs in support of organisational strategies.
- Conducting workforce supply analysis by assessing existing workforce capability and identify underutilized/Overstretched resources and skill gaps.
- Provide insights to support resource prioritization and funding decisions.
