We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Consultant to provide technical expertise, support, and advisory services across enterprise mainframe environments. You will be responsible for ensuring stability, performance, and security of z/OS systems while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and implement mainframe-based solutions in z/OS environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery support.
- Collaborate with developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and change management processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentoring to junior team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a Mainframe Consultant or similar role.
- Proven experience in problem analysis and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
