Product Marketing Manager – Collect

As an embedded member of the Collect team, you will shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for our accounts‑receivable platform, Collect . You will work closely with product, marketing and sales to drive growth, retention and expansion through research‑based market and customer analysis, internal enablement and compelling positioning.

Location: Sydney CBD Office – Hybrid working.

Reporting to: Product Marketing Lead .

Key Responsibilities

- Build market and customer intelligence for Collect – desktop research, data analysis, customer discovery, win/loss interviews.
- Own GTM strategy for Collect – messaging, positioning, ICP definition, channel strategy, pricing and packaging.
- Develop internal enablement playbooks – messaging guides, battlecards, objection handling and qualification guidelines.
- Manage feature and product launch process for Collect.
- Run sales and marketing enablement training.
- Write customer‑facing collateral – pitch decks, demo video scripts, solution overviews, product fact sheets, landing‑page copy, case studies, get‑started guides, emails.
- Secure customer testimonials and case studies.
- Help build adoption and expansion programs.




- Partner with the product marketing lead to establish and uphold best‑in‑class product‑marketing process and collateral quality standards.

Ideal Candidate

You are a natural communicator and storyteller, comfortable writing sharp web copy and presenting a go‑to‑market strategy. You thrive on collaboration and influence stakeholders across teams. You are curious, dig into fintech products, customer needs and market trends to uncover what drives behaviour. You have experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, growth marketing, strategy, content or R&D.; Bonus if you have design or video editing skills, but not required.
