As a Senior HRP Consultant you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end TechnologyOne consulting services, from design and implementation through to optimisation and support, working closely with customers to ensure successful outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing, planning, implementing and supporting TechnologyOne HRP solutions
- Contributing to the analysis and definition of business requirements
- Participating in client workshops, meetings and presentations
- Producing clear documentation across technical, functional and process areas for different audiences
- Providing expert guidance and recommendations to customers, including identifying process improvements and efficiencies
- Supporting testing, training, go‑live and post‑implementation activities
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outcomes aligned to customer expectations
Functional Experience
- Consultants with experience across one or more of: Organisation Management, Payroll, Workforce Management / Time & Attendance, Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, Safety
Payroll Expertise
- Payroll financial configuration (costing, GL integration, posting to finance, oncosts, leave liabilities, reconciliation)
- Complex award and enterprise agreement interpretation
- Multi-role / multiple assignment payroll scenarios
- Integration with Time & Attendance and rostering solutions (timesheet imports, workforce systems, award engines)
Technical & Complementary Skills
- Forms Administration
- DocOnes
- BPA (Business Process Automation)
- Reporting (including XLOne)
- ETL/data migration/data mapping
- Interactions and correspondence
Working Conditions
- Employment Type – Permanent full time or Part time
- Office Location – Brisbane,
Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth or New Zealand
- Work Arrangement - Hybrid
- Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel
What will make you successful in this role?
- 3–4+ years’ experience in TechnologyOne consulting or similar end‑user experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne HRP solutions (Payroll experience essential)
- Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise business systems
- Ability to analyse business requirements and recommend practical, efficient solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience building strong, lasting client relationships
- Experience delivering customer training (face‑to‑face or remote)
- Confident communication skills, experience solving complex problems and improving business processes
