About the Role

Our client, a leading commercial builder, is seeking an experienced and motivated HSEQ Advisor to join their team in Perth. Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, this role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems across commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical HSEQ advice to project teams and stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits
- Support subcontractors in developing and documenting safe systems of work
- Assist Site Managers in reviewing and monitoring subcontractor HSEQ performance
- Manage incident and injury reporting, investigation, and follow-up
- Contribute to the development and administration of HSEQ management systems
- Assist with internal and external audits to maintain compliance standards

with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Desirable: Relevant trade qualification and/or previous experience within the commercial construction industry
