- P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
- Previous experience as a site analyst within the asbestos industry.
- Fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office package.
Role Responsibilities
- Undertaking asbestos smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, four‑stage clearances, re‑occupation and personal air testing.
- Overseeing contractors on site ensuring adherence to asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
- Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
