What will I be doing:

Reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor your role will include:

- Receiving andresponding toa range of incoming customer calls
- Raising purchase orders, logging and allocating Service Calls to our team ofTechnicians andsub-contractors
- Reviewingcompleted job reports through Uptick and invoice once completed
- Daily job scheduling for our Technicians
- Providingsupport to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors to enable them to complete their service calls
- Providing job progress updates to customers
- Provision of monthly report to the Service Manager of outstanding jobs and invoices

About You:

- Willingness to learn




- Strongly committed to providing high levels of customer service
- Accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
