MOT Tester – Northampton - Basic Salary - £30,000 - £31,000 OTE - £38,000 Overtime for Saturday Main Dealer.

Our client, a Prestige Brand Franchised Dealership in Northampton have the requirement for an experienced MOT Tester to join their established team.

Responsibilities

- Safeguarding and protecting the customer’s vehicle and its contents whilst in your care
- Effectively utilise the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area
- Contribute to the success of the Workshop Team by Maintaining the highest standards of work at all times
- Being integral in maintaining the onside standards and presentation of the Site, including your immediate working area
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and complies with guidelines
- Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner
- Happy to change tyres, shocks and brake Pads when quiet

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

- Active MOT Testing licence
- 2 years MOT Testing Experience
- Excellent attention to detail




- Full UK Driving LicenceAble to change tyres & Brakes pads

Desirable Requirements:

- Franchised Dealer Experience
- Level 3 Qualification or Equivalent
- Manufacturer Accreditations

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £30,000 - £31,000 DOE On Target Earnings up to £38,000 + Saturday overtime Outstanding Benefits Package

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
- Saturdays (1 in 3) 8.30am – 1pm
