Job Specification:
This is a Pharmacist Manager position where you'll lead a collaborative and supportive team environment. You'll take charge of forward dispensing, counselling customers, assisting with front shop profitability, and ensuring professional and legislative standards are upheld. Your role will include:
- Working Monday to Thursday (8am-6pm)
- Managing a medium script trade per day
- Working with a team including 1 dispense technician and 3 front-of-shop staff daily
- Delivering vaccinations and handling DAA packs
- Supporting medicinal cannabis dispensing
You'll also be encouraged to pursue ongoing professional development, backed by the included education and leadership training package.
Skills Required:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- 1-2 years community pharmacy experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while leading and mentoring a small team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Salary & Perks:
