Ready to launch or progress your business development career in the fast-growing world of clinical trials and drug development?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Inside Sales / Business Development Support Rep to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a vital role in sales support, and customer onboarding—driving real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do:

- Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & tools
- Collaborate with Regional BDMs to support the sales cycle
- Coordinate proposals, contracts, and onboarding of new clients
- Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
- Help prepare for industry conferences and follow-up with leads

What You Bring:

- Background in science, life sciences, or clinical research
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- CRM proficiency and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- A keen interest in business development within healthcare/pharma
