About The Role

We’re looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others through small moments that leave big impacts.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements with a robust focus on food safety standards.
- Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation.
- Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.

Role Requirements

As a Chef, you’ll take pride in your presentation, be knowledgeable in relation to nutrition and have a keen interest in the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents.

- Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience.
- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards.
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
