Position: Customer Service Officer at ARC – The Australian Reinforcing Company , Hemmant branch. Join a high‑performing team delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 4:30 pm on a rolling shift roster.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service over phone, email, and front counter.
- Troubleshoot customer sales queries and answer questions.
- Upsell and provide quotes to customers.
- Enter sales data, manage invoicing, general administration and purchasing.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer‑service role.
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A can‑do attitude and robust desire to learn and develop your skillset.
- Team player who can multi‑task well.
