Role Description

EARLS is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our EARLS COLLECTION store in Paddington. You'll oversee all aspects of store operations — driving sales, leading an engaged team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our brand’s modern, creative aesthetic.

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach, and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service and results.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and style-driven team culture.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s ethos.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

- Maintain high visual and brand presentation standards consistent with seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with head office on visual merchandising, product layout, and marketing activations.

Operations & Administration

- Manage stock levels, transfers,



and inventory integrity.
- Oversee POS operations, banking, and daily reporting.
- Ensure compliance with store policies.

About You

- 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fashion or lifestyle retail environment (men’s fashion experience highly regarded).
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver KPIs.
- Deep understanding of visual merchandising and current fashion trends.
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced boutique setting.
- Confident using POS and retail systems (Shopify experience a plus).
- Passionate about streetwear culture, style, and craftsmanship.
