Step into this key leadership role as Creative Product Director with this successful and much-loved Australian designer and manufacturer of specialty products. In this pivotal role, working as part of the executive leadership team, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the creative and product strategy for the company’s continued success.

You will take the helm of new product development and design innovation, working closely with a skilled design and production team to drive and deliver commercially compelling product ranges that reflect the brand's integrity and resonate with customers. You’ll set the vision and roadmap, overseeing the development process, managing the execution, and guiding the team through each phase. You will translate market trends, data insights and consumer needs into meaningful product outcomes that continue to delight customers.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for prioritising competing design demands and the collective efforts of Product Managers, Production, Sales, and Operations, ensuring product releases meet deadlines and performance expectations. You are a natural collaborator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with your colleagues,



senior stakeholders and global customers and take pride in developing amazing brands and working with equally amazing people.

With 10+ years of industry experience in new product development and design innovation you are brilliantly creative - a confident self-starter who takes action and enjoys pushing boundaries to create the best products on the market.
