Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to work with a reputable mid-tier contractor on high-quality commercial projects ?
Our client is a respected name in the mechanical services industry, known for their technical expertise, loyal client base, and collaborative culture. With a strong pipeline of $5M - $20M projects , they’re growing and ready to bring in the right person to lead and deliver key builds across sectors like education, aged care, retail, and commercial mid‑rise.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Mentoring junior team members
- Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating across departments
What You’ll Bring
- Experience delivering mechanical projects $5M - $30M+
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and services
- Outstanding commercial acumen – cost control, scheduling, and communication
- Leadership style that’s proactive, hands‑on, and solutions‑focused
- Mechanical trade background or degree (ideal but not essential)
